New Reading Nooks!

Winnebago High School Art Students devoted many hours over the last several weeks creating reading nooks for the libraries at Simon Elementary and McNair Elementary.  As a nod to the holiday season, our student artists made special deliveries this afternoon to each of the buildings. We hope these nooks provide spaces for our youngest readers to escape into new worlds and dream of their own stories they would like to tell.  Special thanks to Ms. Hildreth, high school art teacher, for supporting this project initiated by District Librarian Mrs. Shippy.
